- We do our best to ship within very short time-frames, usually within a few days. However we generally require that you give 28 days to cover processing and delivery. If your order is urgent, you should follow your order with an email through our 'Contact Us' page and let us know that we should dispatch quickly. If you require, we can also offer an express service - through a courier for delivery within maximum 48 hours. This is subject to a quote based on the size of the order. We normally send goods by registered mail, for your peace of mind, and ours. This takes 3-6 working days in most of Europe, and around 8 - 10 working days for other Continents. Our shipping calculations depend on the weight of the goods, but the bigger your order, the greater the postage discount provided by our service provider. If you live in Malta, we can arrange for you to collect the item, but P&P charges will still apply. We post worldwide, but only after payment has been cleared.
- Privacy & Security
- We will never give your details to anyone, and our card processing site is secure and approved by our processing bank, Bank of Valletta p.l.c. We only use your email address for our own information, and we do not pass on these addresses to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is safe with us, and processing of payments is secure. This of course is even more the case if you are using Paypal, where we only have your Paypal identifcation and no card details are handed over to us. We would also like to remind you that orders are only processed when the order is ready to ship, so that if an item is out of stock or something is wrong with the order, you will not have to pay.
- Returns & Replacements
- We are willing to accept returns, provided the item is unused, and is returned complete with packing, tags and labels. If the error is ours, we are willing to pay for the shipping to return the item. If the error is yours, then we will ask you to pay for the additional shipping, but we will still replace the item. In the event that the item you want to buy instead of the original is not available, we will refund you the cost of the item upon receipt.
- Ordering
- Please make sure that when you order you provide correct contact information (email or telephone number) and a valid credit card (if you are paying by credit card). your email address is very important as we will use it to contact you if something is not quite right with your order. Please make sure to look out in your email inbox (and if necessary, junk mail folder in case an email is mis-routed) so that if we contact you, you will be able to answer us as soon as possible. Your delivery address should be the same as the billing address of your credit card, or the address stored in your Paypal account. Since we post by registered mail, you will need to give a full name that will allow the postal operator to identify you (i.e. full name). If you have any queries about your order, we will answer you as soon as possible..
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment is via credit card or Paypal. We accept VISA, Mastercard and all Maltese national debit or credit cards. If you live in the United Kingdom, we can also accept postal orders but these will naturally lengthen the process of the order since we wait to receive the postal order before posting the goods. We can also accept Western Union or direct bank transfer - please ask us for details if you prefer this method. Again, we will only post once payment has been received in full. NEVER give your credit card details in an email, and NEVER post cash except if the mail item is registered..
