Is there a surcharge for P & P ?
|
We deliver FREE to the Malta. Delivery outside Malta will incur the following charges:
- Europe: Delivery to other countries in Europe: EUR 3.50
- Rest of the World: Delivery ouside Europe: EUR 6.00

How can I pay for my order ?
|
|
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Switch. Your card will not be charged until your order has been dispatched. Should an item be out-of-stock or subject to a change in price, we will contact you by e-mail or phone to discuss any alternatives.
If you do not have a credit card, we can arrange for payment by postal order or cheques. Please contact us and let us know how we can help.

How much does a product cost in my currency ?

All the prices on the The Ballet Shop are in Euros. When you pay by credit card, the amount will be converted into your own currency automatically by your bank. You can get an approximate idea of the actual cost in your currency by using this online currency calculator.

How long will my order take to arrive ?
|
|
When all the items you have ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. If some or all your items are not available immediately, your order may take longer (up to 28 days) to satisfy. Should you require your items urgently, we also provide a variety of express services to speed up your delivery. The costs are according to EMS charges for the service, or of other carriers of your choice.
