On the 1st of May, Malta celebrates the day of the worker, known as Labour Day. Some of our items will be on sale, to help you celebrate this day with our shop during this weekend, starting Saturday and ending on Sunday.  We appreciate that most of you buying our goods are actually employees somewhere, or perhaps work very hard to run their own business. As a result, have a browse through our shop and see what we have on offer!

Today is the last day of February – and we used this day to think of some sales we can set up for you for the up-and-coming Easter. The 29th February comes only once in four years, and we are therefore using that time well, by having some sales prepared.

Gorgeous new leotards in stock!

We have some gorgeous new leotards in stock, in very limited quantities but here’s the good news! You can order before we place our order this weekend!

They are the gorgeous Sansha Almata and Sansha Alyona, both made of new combinations of textile making them excellently styled but also comfortable (both in terms of fit and in terms of feel) as well as being quick-drying and easy to care for.  This will make them excellent for all forms of aerobic exercise!

A New Scholastic Year

September welcomes the new academic year – registrations have all started or are about to start, with dancers getting geared up for the new term.  Many will be preparing for a performance around Christmas time, or perhaps exams in December as is the norm in Malta.

At The Ballet Shop, we like to be able to help you beat the queue by preparing your dance gear (or your child’s) in advance of term, so as to avoid having to run late to the first lesson.  It is important to respect punctuality when you enter a dance class: being late not only disturbs others but can disrupt your warm-up progress.

Our dance gear is not only suitable for ballet but also for jazz, hip hop, aerobics, zumba, gym, tap, flamenco. We have a wide variety of highly versatile garments, shoes and accessories.
